Roofers Kelso

Kelso is widely regarded as one of the most attractive towns in the Scottish Borders, centred on its grand cobbled square, one of the largest in Scotland. The Georgian stone townhouses that frame the square and line the surrounding streets carry original natural slate roofs, many dating back two centuries or more. Those roofs are built to last, but slate does slip, lead flashings wear thin, and the lime mortar on ridge lines eventually needs attention.
